For colour services, your appointment includes a strand test when needed, precise formulation mixed specifically for your hair, processing time, and a toner or gloss where applicable. We never cut corners, and we never rush. The time allocated for your appointment reflects the care we put into every step.

Our pricing reflects the experience level of your stylist. At Bigoudee, you can choose from emerging stylists who bring fresh energy and creativity, senior stylists with years of advanced training, and our salon director, Jean-Marie, who brings over two decades of French-trained expertise. Every stylist on our team is skilled and passionate — the pricing tiers simply reflect years of experience and specialisation.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
