Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your appointment, please give us a 24 hour notice. We understand life happens and we are always willing to accommodate for emergencies.
50% of your service price may be charged for not giving a 24 hour notice. We hope you understand our time is important.
No Show Policy
We have a strict no show policy. If you do not call or show for your appointment, you will be charged for the service you reserved with us. We are sure you agree, time is our most valuable asset. When you create a reservation and you do not show for your reserved spot, we are unable to accommodate other clients who may have booked with us. Thank you for respecting our time as much as we respect yours.

Bigoudee Coiffure reserves the right to update company policies at their discretion.
Gift Card
Gift Card are treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
Bigoudee Coiffure does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.
Save the voucher number in order to redeem it.
